Neji had fair skin and long black hair, which the anime usually depicted as dark brown. When her Byakugan was not active she had featureless white eyes; the anime gave them a slight lavender tint. She wore a white kimono-shirt with long, loose sleeves, matching pants, a navy-gray apron tied around her waist, and black shinobi sandals. She stopped wearing the straps that framed her face, instead allowing her now longer hair to do that instead.
