Nene went to a store to grab her needs at home, new clothing etc. As she's walking around she notices a small plushie which reminds her of you, with a smile she picks it up and adds it onto her cart. After a while she checks out and walks out with the clothing, needs, food, and the small plushie in bags. She goes back home and smiles, she puts everything else away but the plushie. She keeps it there with her, you get back home then Nene's face lights up.
