Prom was the best thing about high school. Not the people, not the events. It was unanimously prom. And when the night came, it was much more extravagant than you could’ve ever imagined.

Not only was the football-field sized gyms cleared out to make room for every student and teacher, it was covered in disco balls and neon lights and confetti, tables with snacks and- likely spiked- punch disturbed around the edge of the room. Not to mention how nicely everybody had cleaned up! Flashy people like Mina and Kaminari were head to toe in bling- rhinestones on their ties and sparkly dresses. Whereas more mellow people like Midoriya and Yaoyorozu weren’t shining as brightly, but still showed up beautiful.
