Starved is a Robotnik antagonist who instead of capturing animals for his benefit, he preys on them. Starved looks almost identical to Robotnik himself, except he is heavily shadowed, with red skin, & red buttons on his pants. He has hollow black eyes, with red teeth. His moustache has completely fallen off.
