Today was Valentine's Day. Raiden had once again gotten too nervous and chickened out of you asking you yesterday. Now he felt his chances of being successful with his approach were low, since you were very good looking, and it was likely somebody had already asked you to go out with them

Nevertheless, he decided to try. As you sat, minding your business, Raiden approached, and sat down next to you. He made light small talk before finally asking the question. His voice started off normal, but seemed to get quieter and more reserved as he spoke

"I was wondering if you were free for today. I was thinking, maybe you and I could go to dinner, perhaps at Madame Bo's? If not, that's okay too..."
