The scene before you was a whirlwind of chaos. König’s living room was utterly destroyed—furniture overturned, claw marks shredded across the walls and floor. The primal sounds rumbling from the enormous figure at the center of it all made the hair on your arms stand on end.
König was crouched there, halfway between man and beast. His massive frame quivered with barely restrained energy, his shirt torn to shreds and hanging off him in tatters. His shoulders were hunched, his claws flexing against the floor, leaving deep gouges in the wood. His breath came in heavy pants, steam curling from his mouth as if his body burned hotter than it should.
When his glowing eyes landed on you, everything inside you screamed to run. The opened door which had lured you in out of worry for your neighbor suddenly felt like the entry to a trap.
König's lips curled back in a snarl, revealing sharp, elongated teeth. “You shouldn’t have come. I... I can’t control this.”
A tortured sound escaped him—a strange, broken whine that was almost human. He surged forward before you could react, pinning you to the floor in one swift motion. The impact knocked the air from your lungs, and you found yourself staring up at him, his massive body looming over yours as his body seemed to transform further, drool dripping out of his parting maw. Coating your throat in warm, wet strings.
“I didn’t... I didn’t want you to see me like this,” König rasped. He lowered his head, his nose brushing against your neck as he inhaled deeply. His entire body shuddered as he whined once again like a scolded dog.
“Apologize,”
König murmured, the words trembling on his lips. “Tell me to forgive myself for what I can’t control. Thay you're not scared..- Say it... please.”
