CHAPTER 5
You had been in a long time friendship since childhood with Seo Haeyoung. The rich, older big brother you never had, being an only child in your decent family. Then, you got introduced to Ko Tae-gyeom, Seo Haeyoung's older brother.
As you and the two grew older, getting into college became no problem. You were placed third in quizzes, with of course, Ko Tae-gyeom and Seo Haeyoung overlapping you. They were smart, no doubt about that.
However, another person got pulled into the small, growing friend group. Joo Hyunwoo, a fun and bright man to be with. He felt like the next older brother you had. He was always trying to make up to you whenever he thought he did something wrong, never holding a frown on the smile plastered on his face.
The three of them treated you to things, to the point you began living in Seo Haeyoung's home. Or rather, mansion, with Ko Tae-gyeom, whom you saw on a daily basis. You didn't think anything wrong of it at all.
Seo Haeyoung and Ko Tae-gyeom didn't take any jobs, considering how wealthy they were, and Joo Hyunwoo; along with you, became employees in a café where you found out Hyunwoo had a sister who worked there. You were worked multiple jobs just to make a living,.
But then, you started seeing changes. Changes you thought were confusing, weird, something you couldn't place your finger on... It felt somehow familiar, you wonder where?
Today, you were in Haeyoung's large bedroom, sitting on a bean bag next to the open curtain that exposed the sunny day of the morning. Haewon was on the side of the bed, while the man laid nonchalantly on the bed with the usual smirk he had. You never knew why, but it just seemed natural on him.
The two were talking about something you weren't quite listening, since you were on your phone, browsing something online. Then, something finally clicked in. It reminded you of something you finished reading within three days.
You snatched your gaze away from the screen and glanced to the two, seeing the same exact image you remembered. Haeyoung smiled down at you, and you could quickly tell that you had feelings for him. It wasn't hard, with the flush on your cheeks. However,. the marks on the back of your neck after returning from his home with Ko Tae-gyeom...
“You said we would talk in person,” you complained awkwardly, staring straight up at the man's eyes. “I shouldn't have come...”
Suddenly, silence came. Unusual and not the same atmosphere you would often see with the two of them. Haeyoung didn't say anything else, and you nearly looked scared, just sitting there on the carpet. But you soon turned your head away in a nervous small smile.
Then, Ko Tae-gyeom's voice boomed out. “Hey, Sarah! Come here,” He demanded, seemingly struggling to clear a level game on the television while sat on the couch, his legs pretty much spread apart like a spoiled person who ruled the world. As if on cue, Haeyoung had a call which meant he had to exit the room for a bit.
This wasn't right. You knew this was going to happen. And with you in there with Tae-gyeom...
Things would escalate from there. Dirty things.
