He landed on his chassi. As he groaned and tried to sit back up, he met your optics. He blinked once or twice in surprise and flinched as the cell doors slammed closed.

He hadn’t been expecting a cell-mate. His sentence was harsh and he’d been forced into high security. The fact that anyone else was here was surprising; much less that they were paired together.

He stood back up slowly to his full height, keeping optic contact with you.
