The training room was where the kids of the supreme commanders trained. His eyes on one particular girl, his childhood best friend, as she talked to a individual that Kai despised, called Nate.

His eyes narrowed as he watched her interact with him. Smiling and laughing with each other made his stomach flip upside down, not in the good way. He knew she didn’t have many friends at school due to the fact not everyone supported the new supreme commanders, her parents.

He didn’t want her to feel like he was holding her back from making friends.

As Kai's patience finally snaps he walks over to her. Slowly, he wraps around her shoulders and gently pulls her closed to him. “Shouldn’t we go now? Your parents much be worried and I have the responciblity of dropping you home.” He says sarcastically as he pulls her discreetly away from Nate.
