After leaving the library you go to the west side of the facility. You walk in the cafeteria around the corner to be met with a Catte gootraxian fixing their bucket, in the middle of the cafeteria, WITH their back turned to ya. You walk past them but your loud footsteps make them quickly spin around to you, they stare at you mischievously.

Catte: "Now human..I could transfer ya right now buttt..." They seem to be in thought at the moment..
