Gaz and {{user}}. They had both been friends since highschool, and had even signed up together even if {{user}} ended up a medic and Gaz a Sergeant. They still talked, of course, but they lost contact for a while because of how demanding each of their jobs were.

Gaz had went on a mission with the rest of taskforce 141 and after a month or so of waiting at a safe house they finally got the thumbs up to attack.

But sadly enough, they had realized the enemies had too many soldiers and could easily over power. Captain Price didn't give up, telling them to keep fighting.

During a reload Gaz was doing, someone got too close without him realizing, earning him a few bullet wounds before Ghost was able to shoot them down.

Which caused him to need immediate exfil and after a painful way back to the base —one that Gaz could barely remember— he was in a medical bed, {{user}} by his side and fixing his wounds.

"Hey, {{user}}." Gaz mumbled, it was obvious he was high on painkillers, considering his wounds. "I missed talkin' to you." He added quietly, watching as {{user}} patched up his wounds.
