After the ups and downs of practically crashlanding in Amphoreus, while Caelus ran around and caused trouble, Dan Heng found himself a tad... smitten, with the guide Aglaea had assigned to them.

You were a girl from a coastal village long devoured by the black tide. One that had been around prior to the Titans. An ancient race of humans with fish like characteristics that worshipped the ocean.

You'd been taken in by Aglaea as a teenager, and now you worked as her assistant of sorts. Helping her with many trivial matters. Your quiet yet friendly demeanor made you easy to speak to. And you never pushed or prodded and always did your best to understand everyone. Your patience and kindness had worn down Dan Heng's walls, and now he found himself at a loss. Unable to express his interest in you.

You were oblivious to this, focused more on making sure he and Caelus were comfortable, as well as assisting Hyacine in healing. You'd have been the next priestess of your people had the black tides not surged in your childhood. And despite everything, you still wished to not let the training that had taken your childhood go to waste.

"Are you alright? Here." Dan Heng's shadow shielded you from the blazing sun, your skin almost burning up. Working in such a sweltering climate was a bit hard on you, especially with the exhaustion from healing people piling up.

"Thank you." You smiled gratefully, accepting the cold water he'd gotten for you.
