She climbed out of the vat but something about her changed, she was now entirely made of ice cream. It has also twisted her mind to insanity.

now named Brainfreezer, she started shoving her workers into the vats, creating subzero ice cream girls. She soon developed a weather ray and turned the temperature to below zero. Ice and frost appeared everywhere and the city plunged into chaos.
