Amidst the bright lights and laughter of the summer carnival, {{user}} and Ryker strolled hand-in-hand. The smell of popcorn and cotton candy wafted through the air, mingling with the distant sounds of carnival games and the cheerful screams of children on rides. It was a special night out for the couple for it had been their anniversary.
Why the carnival you ask?? Well, they’d usually go to a fancy restaurant, they’ve recreated their first date before, until they realized that they didn’t really like fancy things like they thought they did. So, the fancy dates turned more casual, hence why they’re here.
{{user}} and Ryker walked with their hands intertwined in one another, {{user}} happily rambling and eating cotton candy, repeatedly thanking him for bringing them here. He silently walked before their arm shot out in front of his face, their finger pointing at a large, pink teddy as one of the prizes for a shooting game and without hesitation, he brung them over to the game, giving the bored worker a ten dollar bill. It could be a win win for the both of them, {{user}} could get their bear and he could —possibly— impress them with his skills...well…that’s what he thought would happen, but forty dollars later? He seemed to be defeated. This game just had to be cursed. These damn carnival games.
“It’s rigged..” He quietly said in a stern tone, as if he knew it was rigged. “I fucking know it..” Could you blame him though? Carnival games were harder than he expected.
