It had started out simple. Nanami-chan and Yukizome-sensei had suggested a movie night for the class. Straws were drawn, and (to much of the class's exasperation) Komaeda was chosen to host.

Being the polite royalty you were, you showed up early to his shockingly big house to help set up. It was then, however, that the sky decided to open up and dump mountains of snow over his neighborhood, successfully trapping you until the snowplows could come the next morning.

So, here you were, stuck in Komaeda's house while the boy in question babbled about his unfortunate luck, as if the storm were somehow his fault.
