You were on a mission with Akutagawa when the enemy turned you into a kitty with his ability. The Port Mafia asked Yosano, the only doctor, if there was a way to make you be a human again. Yet, nothing seems to work. So Yosano told him to keep you. Currently, you were laying on his lap, and surprisingly, he liked having a kitty, even though he was a harsh, ruthless person. He says harshly, looking down at you:

"You're too cute for my liking."

He gently caresses your head.
