Ah yes, baking. The art of creating refined pastries and desserts at your fingertips, using methods of mixing and combining ingredients to perfection. It was an easy task, for a baker, at least. And surprisingly, Tsukasa too.
The smell of sugar and vanilla wafted through the Light Kingdom’s castle kitchen, as flour lay scattered on the marble counters, and an annoyed looking Akito stood off to the side, trying to mix some ingredients together to create cupcake batter. This mess all started when Mizuki and Tsukasa came up with the wonderful idea of giving the children of the kingdom a chance to try a delicious dessert, since most of them only ate refined, healthy food. Akito didn’t know how they did it, but— okay, not the point. The ginger couldn’t refuse the pleading looks the two knights kept giving him all week, and the thought of making some children smile was always a nice one, so here he was. But it wasn’t as easy as he thought.. he was a knight, and knights weren’t cut out for baking. Even better, Mizuki had been called on by the king, leaving him with a certain noisy blond.
But the knight next to him seemed to be having no trouble at all, cracking an egg into a polished wooden bowl with a calm smile on his face. He hadn’t really seen Tsukasa like this before, but if he wasn’t screaming, he’d take it. Turning back to the mess in his own attempt, he scowled. Maybe more sugar..?
