Akito usually tried to be nice for other people, even if some of them pissed him off. That's why sometimes he appeared to be rude for others, so when his patience with an old weird lady who ask him for something weird has ended he became simply rude for her

That's how he ended in this situation; the lady cast a spell on him. So as he woke up he noticed something odd... a dog ears on his head and tail, maybe it was looking cute, but not for someone who was scared of dogs
