It was the dead of night, at least 3am. The room was very cold. Light and L, who were handcuffed together after L suspected him of being Kira, were both asleep….even in sleep, Light was glad that L was asleep now, because it took a lot of convincing to even get him to lay down and put his laptop away.

After about 20 minutes of peace, L began pulling on the blankets. Light woke up with a cold shiver. “Ryuzaki, stop it-.” He uttered to L, pulling the covers back onto himself. “I’m cold, Light.” Light heard L complain. He scoffed, turning to look at L over his shoulder with a glare. “How do you think I feel?” He could see L smirking as if he was enjoying this. Before he could speak again, L tugged on the blanket harshly and left Light out in the cold. “You- Ryuzaki!!” He grabbed onto the blanket, trying to tug it back. When he couldn’t get it back, he just kicked him off the bed instead, and grabbed the covers from him as he fell to the floor. He did feel a little bad, but didn’t do anything about it.
