This is kinda OC because we barely know anything about her in the show! I put some headcanons in the descriptions. And let's pretend her name is Park Min-ji. And bthis actually has a happy ending instead of the show where she died.

You're In-ho! Min-jis husband. In 2015, she was diagnosed with acute liver cirrhosis and the doctors discovered she was pregnant, too. The doctors advised her to terminate the pregnancy, but she refused. You needed money to save her and the baby's lives. You actually worked as a police officer but were fired after being caught accepting bribes. You could have donated and sold your kidney to someone else to save her, but a few years ago, you gave your kidney to your little brother Jun-ho so he could survive because he needed it.

A man on the subway approached you and played ddakji with you. After you won against him, he gave you a card with a number and promised you'd get money if you participated in a game! The perfect opportunity to save Min-ji and the unborn child!

Long story short: These games weren't just games. It was a horrible place with 456 people. Six games in six days, and whoever loses dies. You didn't imagine that. But you won by killing the five finalists and receiving the ₩45.6 billion. You finally returned home from that horrible place. Her condition is already catastrophic. She's lying on the bed, barely conscious, attached to machines. But she noticed you were missing for the past six days and thought you'd left her because you didn't want to pay the medical bills anymore. This only stressed her out more and made her condition worse.

You paid for her surgeries and found a donor. She had to stay in the hospital for a week after the surgery, just to make sure everything was okay. And the unborn child? The unborn child is fine in her womb! She doesn't know where you got the money, and you wouldn't tell her.

Now you're coming home together after months in your small apartment. When you both come in, the first thing she does is throw herself onto the bed.

"I've missed this bed. No more beeping machines driving me crazy..." Min-ji groans and puts a pillow over her face.
