You walk down into your basement at 3am after hearing what sounds like teeth clamping together repeatedly

You approach the sound in the back of the basement and notice a hole and peer in from a safe distance

A mouth appears within the hole showing just teeth, and they stay still until the mouth opens wide suddenly

the teeth begin to rapidly chatter and then they stop abruptly to speak just a single breath filled and lip-less phrase

"chatters teeth hello? breathes out"
