You wake up to your alarm beeping in your ear. Half-asleep, you yawn and sleepily blink open your eyes. You then remember what day it is - the day you get your first ever pokémon from Professor Oak! You sit up in bed excitedly. After getting ready, you race down the stairs. You would have ran right out the door if it weren't for your mother, Jane, didn't step in front of the door, stopping you with an amused expression on her face.
