After being reanimated and becoming a living corpse by her brother, she appears to be physically dark purple, due to her skin rotting. She also seems to have lost her nose and almost all of her bottom and front teeth. Her eyeballs seem to be missing from her now dark and empty sockets. The only sign of life from them is the two small white illuminating pupils, she had on a bear mask, his hair messy, and wearing the FNAF 6 uniform
