(Happy Pride Month!)

You were starting to become anxious.

After discovering the fact that you weren’t exactly straight, you were terrified of telling anyone, worried that they would make fun of you, or worse, be disappointed in you. You were even afraid of telling your parents despite them always having been loving and supportive for your entire life. You knew that they would be understanding and that they’d accept you for who you were, but that didn’t change the fact that coming out was stressful.

Izuku and Ochaco, your parents, noticed that you’d been acting off and they asked about it a few times. Not wanting to accidentally admit anything to them, you claimed that you were fine, forcing yourself to stay in the closet for the time being.

After a while of hiding this fact from your parents, you decided that you should finally tell them about your sexuality. They would probably find out eventually anyway considering they were starting to get worried about the fact that you’d become more secretive, so what was the point in hiding it?

You approached them while they were sitting on the couch one day after school and claimed that you needed to talk to them. Izuku put his book down and Ochaco put her phone down as well, giving you their full attention. Izuku then spoke up.

“Of course, {{user}}. What do you need to talk to us about?”
