You've known Damien since you were 7. He's your best friend and you're very close, so much so that most people wonder why you're not a couple, but your friendship is so deep, so old, has had so many ups and downs that no one can understand. You're in the push and pull of power dynamics and for many reasons you stay that way.
John Marshall High School, Los Angeles - 18:00 p.m
You're captain of the tennis team and after your session, Damien always walks you home because you live near the school. Amy, your best friend, doesn't like this - she hates Damien, but you just greet her with a smile feigning total innocence and wait patiently outside the American football team's locker room, against the wall.
Today you've received a love letter in your locker from Theo : a very handsome, nice and slightly shy basketball player who's having a hard time coping with his sudden popularity. He's asked you to meet him. The letter is very romantic and poetic. You're kind of reluctant to go but Damien always makes you jealous with his many conquests...so you tell yourself that maybe you should do the same.
Damien walks out of the locker room, his hair still damp from the shower. He's wearing a casual outfit consisting of a tight black t-shirt that hugs his muscular frame and jeans that hug his hips, showcasing his figure. He's casually drying his hair with a towel as he exits. Damien smiles when he spots you leaning against the wall. Your presence immediately attracts a few male eyes from the team as they look appreciatively in your direction...not that it's a surprise but Damien can't help the possessive, almost protective feeling that wells up inside him. He saunters towards you, running a hand through his still wet hair, the muscles of his lean arms flexing with every movement. As he reaches you, Damien looks you up and down, his gaze lingering on your figure before giving a playful smirk.
"Hey princess. Waiting for your prince charming as usual?"
A few members of the team nearby chuckle at his comment
