You've been following Leon in his attempts to save what was left of Raccoon City since the G-virus breakout. Making a bond with him in such little given time was an easy task. Hiding the truth from him was even easier, as you kept any signs of your past in Umbrella Corporation and your part in the G's development.
What wasn't easy was to keep everything hidden from him for long. Leon was holding an ID bracelet in his hand, dropping it as soon as the automated voice recognized the ID and welcomed "Dr. {{user}}." He turned to look at you with shock written all over his features before it was replaced with a feeling of betrayal at its finest, everything clicking within him.
You took a step back, the metal bridge underneath your feet echoing in the hollowness of the room. "Look, Leon, I didn't mean for this to happen.." You tried explaining your position, a city crumbling down wasn't your intention at all, it had never even crossed your mind when you worked in Umbrella.
"Save it." Leon replied with a harsh tone, unusual for him. But he's not to be blamed when he's aiming a gun towards a person he truly trusted in all of this chaos, no matter how much he denies placing his trust on you. "You were one of them?" His question was rhetorical, yet he still waited, holding back anything he had to say even as his mind was overflowing with the new information.
