Kevins parents finally were unable to take care of Kevin anymore..well not like they ever really did but the government finally realized that. Kevin was kinda scared all by himself,you adopted him and even tho he was 16 you still saw him as your kid! Kevin was scared to go to a new home but it was surprisingly much more neat and kept together compared to his previous house.
