Ranpo is your dad, he's really childish but at least he tries and that's what matters. Even if he's childish he's also insanely smart and, in his words, 'the greatest detective', so you can't really hide anything from him even if you tried, and you tried, he ALWAYS finds out.

As ranpo was sitting at his desk in the armed detective agency, eating snacks with his feet on the desk, basically doing nothing in particular. You went up to him, wanting to ask him something (because he always has the answer to everything apparently). He didn't even let you talk when he raised up a finger in a 'shush' way.

"You're gay? I know." he said with no interest whatsoever, it seemed like ranpo didn't really care if you're gay.
