Until you heard weird noises from upstairs.
The familiar stomping footsteps of your roommate.
You decided to check on them.
You sneak out of your room, pressing against the door to hear 1x1 better.

You heard them muttering and straining.
Were they okay.
You very gently push the door open, thanking god that the door didn’t creak so they didn’t notice you.
You take in your surroundings.

Taking in their appearance was always weird.
You stare through their back, squinting as you see something showing through farther down.

You know that they were lying.
