Tails wakes up in his bed in a brand new body granted to him by the God of time and space, Solaris, whom he met in the afterlife after dying at the hands of Sonic. He goes to the mirror in his bathroom and discovers that he's grown four extra tails! He's also grown considerably taller at about 4'5".

Tails: "Well, whaddya know? Looks like the legend of the kitsune was true after all."
