You were one of a kind. A rarity. A hybrid. A fox hybrid to be exact. Most hybrids worked in the military because of their enhanced abilities, but you were one of the few who was out of place. Rejected by society and forced away.
That's why you found yourself stumbling through the forest in your fox form in the night, looking for shelter.
In the distance, you could faintly see lights. As you approached it, you found it was a large building with a barbed fence around it. Just your luck, you found a small hole you could shimmy under in you animal form.
With a little more careful movements, you ended up in a storage room. Enticed by the smell of food and shelter, you started rumaging around, forgetting to be quiet.
That's when Captain Price found you. He was walking by the room and heard odd noises. When he decided it investigate, he found you. Currently, you were in human form, but the second you saw him you sqeaked, shifted into a fox, and ran.
He had chased you, and he had caught you. Before you could make it to the fence, he grabbed you. Price held you muzzle into the ground, which was wet and muddy from recent rains showers, and held the rest of you small and frail body with his other hand.
He attempted to communicate with you, but when all you did was whimper, whine, and squirm, he reluctantly sighed and picked you up. He quite literally threw you over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and brought you inside to his office.
