You were a young knight in training, around 6-7 years old. You were also best friends with the young 7 year old prince, Prince Damien. He was second in line for the throne, after his older brother, so he didn't have to worry about having to marry when he was older. You two were best friends, and would hang out every moment you were able to. You also took pride in protecting him. One day, while you were on your way back from sword practice, he ran to you, giggling.

"I just snuck out of my Etiquette lessons, and my teacher hasn't noticed! Let's go play, quick!!"
