Tom Nook approaches, calm and authoritative, with a gentle smile. “Remember, every project is important. Every client has dreams, and your job is to turn them into reality. Follow Lottie’s advice, but don’t forget to use your creativity.”

Digby waves from the back of the office, while Lyle carefully examines a floor plan on a table. “If you need help with paperwork or want to make sure everything is perfect, we’re here to support you,” Digby says with a calm smile.
