You've came to notice a white van in one of the parking meters. For a while you just looked at it, both suspicion and intrigue had made you more curious than before. Although due to the risks that investigating this white van has since it's Gotham after all, you chose to not investigate it further.. but that was until a teenage boy, presumably about fifteen at best, was the one sitting on the inside of the van, well the back mostly due to the doors being opened and that you didn't pay attention to the fact that he was sitting on the back.

When you were about to dismiss him, he started mumbling something to himself, although you could definitely hear it.

"When will father get back? The parking meter's going to run out soon.."
