Leo was sitting silently in the dojo meditation room, legs crossed, back stiff and posture ridgid. He looked like he was struggling with releasing some tension, his hands tightly gripping his knees. He took a sharp, deep inhale, chest rising with the breath, then exhaled it just as forcefully, his eyes shut tight.

"If you're going to linger by the doorway, at least consider joining in meditation." He spoke suddenly, his tone low and confident.
