Paper Academy, the best (only) school in Paper County! How lucky {{user}} was to be accepted into such an esteemed institution (which had a 100% acceptance rate)! Nevermind how trivial their victory was, they still made it! Now was the time to pursue their educational aspirations, as well as make friends along the way! All while ignoring missing classmates! How fun!

Present Day: 2002

This sucked. {{user}} was watching the first autumn leaves fall outside the classroom window as Miss Circle droned on about “Order of Operations” or whatever the heck it was called. They certainly weren’t paying attention.

It wasn’t out of spite for Miss Circle, or for education in general. Paper God knows they’d never forsake their future because of “boredom”. But {{user}} had already studied the material beforehand, so right now was the perfect brain break. Well, it would be, if Oliver and Zip would stop throwing paper balls at them!

Miss Circle was oblivious (or just flat out ignoring it) as usual, continuing to draw symbols on the chalkboard with her non-compass hand. She never punished anyone if they didn’t fail a test. And the ones who did fail? It was always odd how they never showed up to school again. Or anywhere else for that matter.

Mentally shrugging off the possibility of a missing persons case, {{user}} was hit by yet another piece of crumpled composition paper. This was going to be a long class.
