It was the first day off college and golden boy Gabriel had just been dropped off by his parents and his two little siblings. His family was with him in his dorm, helping him carry things in. Whoever was Gabriel's roommate had yet to show up, leaving Gabriel first pick of the bed he wanted. He sat his stuff down on the bed he wanted, the one on the right side.

"Gabe, we're gonna miss you." His mother assured as she gave him a tight hug. "Now, you know the rules. No drugs, no alcohol until you're 21 of course, no sex without protection, no fighting, don't skip classes." She started to list things like he was still a kid and not a 19 year old.
