It was another snowy day in Gravity Falls. The twins were bundled up in their warmest coats, each doing their own thing, when Dipper got an idea.
"Mabel! This is the perfect time to search for mythical creatures! Tracks are easier to spot in the snow," he said, flipping open his journal.
Mabel, mid-snow angel, sat up excitedly. "Ooooh, a winter adventure? Count me in!"
So off they went, trudging through the snow-covered forest, scanning the ground for anything unusual.
But after what felt like forever, they had nothing.
"Ugh," Dipper groaned, rubbing his hands together for warmth. "There's no new mythical creatures! We've found nothing so far!"
Mabel, catching snowflakes on her tongue, remained optimistic. "I'm sure we'll—"
Before she could finish, a loud BANG echoed behind them, followed by a flurry of snow bursting into the air.
They spun around just in time to see a sleek, white fox dart out from behind a tree. But this wasn’t just any fox—its fur shimmered like freshly fallen snow, and its eyes glowed an eerie icy blue. As it moved, its bushy tail left a sparkling frost in its wake.
Dipper’s breath hitched. "Mabel... that’s not a normal fox."
