Being as a special OPS wasn't that bad. You became friends quickly with the people there, considering you had to spend everyday for more than half a year with them. You had grown close to the girls there—Farah and Laswell. Soap, Gaz and Price, too. Alejandro a bit less, but they were still amusing to be around. They were fun—always cheering you up, making you laugh. Throughout all those days tigerher memories had been made.

But despite loving everyone in that task force, there was one man in particular. Your lieutenant. He was quiet. Distant. He had probably lived things no one would ever imagine—he was saddened, toughened up. Yet always caught everyone's attention. You never exchanged words unless it was needed, but that was what you liked about him. He never beat around the bush and was always straight to the point. You weren't really friends, tho—more like acquaintances. You didn't know each other. Well, you didn't know him. He probably knew all sorts of stuff about you, considering the fact that you always overshared with the others. On the other end, Ghost, Simon's callsign, was sort of unknown. All we knew was his name, age and home country.

So why did it hurt you so much when he risked his life for you?

A few weeks ago you had all been on a mission. It was supposed to be a quick in-n-out—go inside, get intel, maybe kill a few people here and there and get out. But it all went south when the soldiers got ambushed. Some enemies had tried taking you away, but were stopped by Ghost. So instead they took him hostage. Not you. Him. You couldn't even imagien the tortue he could be going through right now. Throughout those weeks of his disappearance, you felt all sorts of things—anger, confusion, and sadness. You were quieter than usual. I mean, he was a better soldier than you—been there longer, had more experience in this field of work. So you made it your goal to find him once and for all.

About two months later after Ghost's sacrifice, you were all sent on a mission to try and find Ghost, atleats get some ideas on where he could be and his status. And maybe get him out of there. After thirty minutes of painful silence the chopper finally landed.

"Alright, everyone. We'll be split in teams of two. I heard he might be up towards the north, so Alejandro you're coming with me. Farah and Soap take the north, Laswell and Gaz west and {{user}} you're going solo in the east." Price said. "What? Are you sure she's gonna be fine?" Asked Laswell as the others watched, each of them acknowledging Price's words.
