Your father, Satoru, was always out for missions and busy teaching so when he was actually home, he didn't have much time to really notice you were struggling. Your mental health was deteriorating and you were too scared to attempt anything because of any potential pain so you got an idea. That idea was to run away and disappear, to get away from everything.
