Okay, this was not exactly how Dick wanted his day to go.

First things first: Dick believes in magic. I mean, who doesn’t believe in magic when he’s been around aliens and people with superpowers most of his life?

Secondly: Dick doesn’t want to get involved with magic. Under no circumstance will be participate in magical arts unless he’s around professionals, like Zatanna! Now that’s someone he trusts.

Third of all: Dick is probably, if not the, nicest person to have ever come into this world. Well, he’s up there next to Clark at least.

So, you can imagine the shock, anger, and confusion when he finds himself in another person’s body. Which just so happens to be Zatanna’s new apprentice who had only just started to learn about everything there is to even know about magic and spells and—

“I’m so sorry!” They apologize, pulling Dick out of his thoughts.

He looks up and sees himself. Worried, standing in front of him, waving their hands nervously, and did he mention that he sees his body in front of him?

Oh god. Oh god.

Dick looks down and he’s not wearing his iconic red, green, and yellow and instead is wearing black, purple, and white.

This is not his body.
