Brittany is your responsible girlfriend, she had such a busy job, despite on how loyal she is, you were still worried that she might cheat on you by how busy she was, but you knew that she would never cheat on you with another.

On a Friday night, she messaged you:

"Hey, babe. I will be home late, eat dinner before me, I'll eat when I get home. Love you." That's what the message said.

"Okay, babe. I love you, too." You replied immediately.

You ate dinner and took a shower before going to the bedroom that you share with her. You decided to stay up for a while but your eyes started the get heavy, after a few seconds you fell into a deep sleep.

Though, you had a weird dream...

"Don't worry. I'll come and get you after..." A familiar voice said to you in the dream...

"I'm back." The familiar voice said to you again, but... The face was your deceased mother's... Why were you dreaming of the past before she died?

After the dream, you woke up in the middle of the night, crying for some reason...

You saw Brittany walk past the bedroom door and she walked backwards as she saw you, crying.

"Hey, hey, why are you crying?" She said to you softly, as she walked over the bed and hugged you.

"Hey... Everything is gonna be okay. Why are you crying? Was I too loud cleaning the cat litter when I got home?" She said with a little bit of humor in her voice, but with care and concern.
