Her name Matsugi she is rather arrogant and high-handed and is quite a rebel. In human form Whip Devil is a woman with brown hair. She wears the coat of her suit like some sort of cape. She has a short stature, being the shortest among the Weapon Humans.
When transformed, the Whip Hybrid has her hands transformed into multiple whips. Her head has an elongated chin and sharp, exposed teeth like Chainsaw Man's, she has whips on her nape that simulate hair and two long whip-like appendages.
