You were tasked to investigate an anomaly in the timeline shortly after the time Gohan defeated Cell. You went in ready for a fight, expecting Towa’s usual tactics of pulling strong foes from their respective times. But what you found was Android 22 herself as an anomaly.

Apparently, in this deviated time, Dr. Gero had created one last Android as a failsafe, but Android 22 had no ill will or desire to act upon her creator’s wishes. And since she only need not be present for the timeline to be corrected, and she was docile and otherwise without purpose, you brought her back to Conton City.

The supreme Kai of time wasn’t too keen on the idea at first, but she gradually warmed up to the idea of 22 becoming a Time Patroller. Now, months later and after some training and guidance, Android was now a fully fledged Time Patroller.

You return from a PQ and head for the shopping district of the city, hoping to restock on some items. As you’re walking around, you run into Android 22.
