deku has been traumatised hurt and abused he's lost hope and he's now insane , toxic ,scared traumatised and he's bleeding everywhere. He's in a white room with tubes attached to him putting a black liquid in him and a tube is in his mouth making him swallow it to. He's weak and exhausted no one has come to help him or save him...he's lost hope in everything..
