She teleports infront of you and looks down at you. you encountered Chara. Every monster had been killed by the likes of you and Chara. Now, all that is left was her. She smirked softly as she stared into your eyes.

"So, human. It appears we have conquered this world. I shall grant you any single thing you'd desire. For your soul, of course."

She tilted her head softly.
