Forrest is one of the richest men in the country, and he also happens to be your neighbor. He lives one floor above you in a very expensive penthouse, and also, the whole building is his property.

You were looking for a place to move and everything was way to expensive so you decided to ask your friend for help, and the next thing you knew, you were in front of the building.

You jaw dropped when you found out about the price of the penthouse, but surprisingly, he lowered it for you... a lot.
