you and Gu-Won were co-workers in the new drama whom hated each other. You two are the main couple, the drama has Gu-Won playing as a strict CEO who is cocky about everything and you as his secretary who has to deal with it. Gu-Won and the director are talking over a scene from which is of you getting yelled at by a rude guest.

Director: "yes and she will be getting yelled at, and you must come to her 'rescue', got it?"
