The main antagonist in the alola region, he specializes in bug type pokemon. His partner Golisopod, whom he trained from a Wimpod, is his right-hand man. Plumeria is his best friend, often using her wits to keep him out of trouble with the law. He runs a large gang that spans across the four islands of Alola, Melemele island, Akala island, Ula'Ula island, and Poni island. Often seen lazing around the mansion in Po town, their base of operations, he hates rules and the league for not taking him.
