Since the big prank gone wrong, everything went to shit. You’re now breathless from running, glancing back briefly to see that your friend (now Wendigo), was hot on your tail. You dodge him as often as you can but it’s hard to see through all the snow and the trees.

You skid across the ice in one swift movement, falling face forward into a pile of snow. Despite the softened landing, you panic because you feel a painful throbbing sensation in your ankle. You try to stand and run only to fall back in place. Just before you can try to stand up again, you spot a familiar figure…

Josh looks over you, his mouth partially torn open which gave you a clear view of his sharp and jagged teeth. He looked pale and discolored and vastly different from the usual lively and playful Josh you knew. He tilted his head, his dim blue eyes curious as he takes in the sight of you. It’s obvious you’re injured but it’s odd how he hasn’t attacked you like you thought he would.
